You have your own compact cottage, fully-equipped kitchen, beds for up to 4 adults, toilet, terrace & lake view. You also have a spa cabin with shower, wood-fired sauna, relaxation area & a wood-fired hot tub. A 150-meter walk leads to a private jetty with a sandy bottom. We have our cottage on the property, but rarely stay there during your booking, you will have everything basically to yourselves. Come out and enjoy the silence!

Own small but cozy accommodation with separate entrance that is close to our own accommodation. The accommodation is located in a quiet villa area with proximity to swimming and nature. There is a pool, and you can swim during certain times so as not to disturb the neighbours late in the evening. Access to jetty about 100 meters from the accommodation. Parking 1 car adjacent to the accommodation. Free parking about 100 meters away. 8 km to Norrköping city centre. We prefer you to clean. If you want to hire us for cleaning, it costs SEK 700.

Our beach house gives you the opportunity to stay and enjoy in a unique location, to say the least. You have the plot and the beach to yourselves and it is a dream for sun, swimming and barbecue. The bottom is very shallow, which is suitable for both children and dogs. The beach is also appreciated by canoeists who then have a short paddle to Stendörrens nature reserve. The views from both the bedroom and the living room make this place enchanting and our guests delighted. Relax over a weekend or put a golden edge on your summer vacation.

Have fun with the whole family at this fantastic place right by the sea, which has everything for your enjoyment. Now with a larger kitchen and bathroom. Heated pool and outdoor shower in summer, hot tub that is open all year round. The sea is only 200 metres away and can be seen from the patio. Wood-fired sauna and fireplace for cold days. Pleasant surroundings for walks. Certain rules and cleaning need to be followed to use the hot tub. We offer late check-out at 1 pm. In summer, weeks 25-32, book for at least 2 days.

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful and spacious accommodation with the forest right next to the house. Our cottage has all the amenities for adults and children. Here, you can alternate activities with relaxation. Norrköping city center - 14 km. Kolmården Zoo - 23 km. Yxbacken - 4 km. Things to Note: - Bring your own bed linens, towels and hygiene items. - Leave the house in a clean condition, as it was when you arrived. - Smoking, vaping and e-cigarettes are prohibited indoors. - Pets may be okay on request.

Charlottastugan

Charlottastugan ligger avskilt och erbjuder ett fridfullt boende omgivet av vacker natur och en kort promenad till bad och fiske i sjön Yngaren. Här bor ni rymligt i två plan med en separat gäststuga med plats för två personer. Bottenvåning med nyrenoverat kök och flera bekvämligheter så som diskmaskin. I vardagsrummet finns öppenspis och bäddsoffa. Badrummet har dusch, toalett och tvättmaskin. Övervåningen har ett stort sovrum med dubbelsäng och ett mindre sovrum med två enkelsängar.

Perfect house for the larger group that wants to be close to the sea and be able to enjoy time together in a large garden and nice patio with sun from morning to night. The plot of the house is adjacent to a marina where there is a nice boat ramp to be able to launch your own boat. Rocks and beach swimming nearby. Oxelösund is a fantastic archipelago town with many gems to visit. Good connections with highway only to Oxelösund. 10 minutes by car to Nyköping and only 1 hour to Stockholm.
