This old cosy cottage will soon be newly renovated, with a little left to do outdoors. There is now a nice new kitchen, a bathroom and an additional bedroom with two single beds. There is a bedroom with a double bed and a living room with a stove. We have a hot tub for 6 people all year round and a heated pool in the summer, approx. 24/05–31/08. A guest house with two beds. Electric car charging point. A few hundred metres away, there is a bathing jetty with a ladder and a sandy beach. Here you can find tranquility in scenic surroundings with the sea close by and create new fond memories.

Cabin near the sea

Cottage built in 2013, 41 sqm with sea views, fully equipped with full kitchen, bathroom with washing machine. The cottage is located next to other houses but with access to two private patios with garden furniture and grill. Outside the cottage there is a hot tub/jacuzzi for booking. The environment is calm and peaceful. Perfect for families with children or couples who want a relaxing, beautiful environment to stay in. It is possible to swim in the sea from the jetty/ladder, 100 meters from the cottage. Rock pools and sandy beach are located in the nearby area (car).

Close to hiking trails with a hot tub and sauna

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. The accommodation is located in the forest, on Sörmlandsleden, near the fishing lake Nävsjön and 5 km from Nävekvarn, the village at Bråviken beach. The accommodation consists of a large kitchen for cooking and socializing and a living room/bedroom with two single beds, a sofa bed 140 cm and a travel bed. There is also a high chair in the accommodation. Toilet/shower/sauna/washing machine are in a separate building next to the cottage and adjacent to the pool/heated hot tub (costs extra) and lounge area.

Fresh villa with heated pool. The pool is 4*8 meters and has stairs on the short side so you can go down into the pool easily. The back is south facing and has sun loungers and dining areas. Room for many to sleep comfortably. Close to water, walking distance to restaurant, glass kiosk, mini golf and playground. Kolmården Zoo can be reached in 30 minutes by car. Possibility to charge an electric car is available according to agreement. Cleaning can be paid for a fee of SEK 1500. Otherwise, the guest is responsible for their own cleaning

Villa Concrete is beautifully located in fantastic Stegeborg outside Söderköping. The house is a well-designed project completed in 2015/2016. The house was designed by architect Per Wallgren at Diabas Arkitekter and is built with exclusive material choices and giant window sections. Own SPA and Padel court. Here you can come by plane, boat and car. Stegeborg's airfield is only 500 meters from the house and if you come by boat, there is both a harbor in front of the house and 900 meters away at Stegeborg's harbor tavern.

Cozy cottage on a farm for 6 people, 4 beds and a sofa bed. 60 m2 on two floors. Very nice balcony with evening sun and views of meadows and fields. On the farm, there are horses, cats and a dog. It is 35 km to Norrköping, 27 km to Kolmården Zoo, 6 km to Maurizberg Golf Course, 20 km to Arkösund and 10 km to the nearest town with grocery store, pizzeria, etc. Bed linens, towels and final cleaning are included. Horseback riding can be offered for a fee, contact the host.

Grocery store is in Östra Husby from Lönö about 20 minutes.
