Lovely bright villa with large open spaces. So close to Bråviken edge you can get, with a private jetty and row boat. Scenic with walking paths into the corner and at the same time proximity to Norrköping. 12-15 min drive to the city. If you choose the bus, you can only take a walk of 12 minutes. The beach both with sand and cliffs is just outside the window. There is also a very nice golf course 5 min away by car, for those of you who have this interest.
