Welcome to live next door to moose and deer. In this little cozy house, you live on your own plot at the top of Frejs Backe. The plot has a large balcony around three sides of the house, with sun for breakfast, lunch and dinner. At the house there is a large lawn suitable for play and games. The surroundings consist of meadows and beautiful forest. 200 meters to the swimming jetty and 800 meters to the cliffs and beach in the evening sun. The kitchen has a stove, oven, fridge & freezer and microwave. One bedroom has a bunk bed and in the living room there is a wood-burning stove.

The area is rich in wildlife – moose, deer, fox and hare are often seen. For the adventurous, there is Roslagsleden, just 1 km away.

Lovely house with plot in sunny location on Rådmansö

Accommodation on Gräddö 15 minutes from Norrtälje! We rent out our nice house located high in the sun from morning till night. There is hot water. The tent is only set up in the summer. The house has 3 bedrooms, 2 living rooms as well as one bathroom and a kitchen. Please let us know how many you are and what you have plans with and during your stay. Welcome to stay in this archipelago cottage in beautiful Roslagen. The accommodation is a few minutes' walk to the swimming area, Roslagsleden, nature reserve and nice running trails. Right outside the property is a popular playground. The bedroom has two sleeping places and the sofa bed in the living room two more. You can reach Norrtälje town centre in 3 minutes by car or 15 minutes on foot. Close to Kapellskär and excursions to Åland. Unfortunately, the house cannot be booked for parties.

Koppla av med hela familjen i detta fridfulla boende. Mitt i naturen med vackra vyer åt alla håll, njuter man av skärgården året om. Huset har ett väl utrustat kök, kamin att elda i, ett nybyggt gästhus samt en stor fin vedeldad bastu. Alla material är genomgående exklusiva och huset är byggt 2023 via husleverantören ”Sommarnöje”. Båda husen har en vacker altan runt om, vilket gör att man alltid kan njuta av solen på flera platser. En stig leder ner till en brygga och bjuder in till bad.

Parking at the property is included.
