Welcome to our little paradise between the seas in the beautiful resort of Viöl. Our Küstenland apartment has about 80 sqm and is barrier-free, ideal for 2 people. It consists of a cozy living and dining area along with a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a large double bed and a bathroom with a walk-in shower and washing machine. The apartment is surrounded by greenery without direct neighbors in the middle of meadows and fields, in a very quiet location.

The vacation home is located in the small idyllic town of Wasserkoog near the North Sea. The spacious garden offers a wide view towards the southwest of the countryside and the sunset in the evening. If you feel like hustle and bustle, St. Peter-Ording, Husum, Tönning or Friedrichstadt with the many sights are not too far away. The famous lighthouse in Westerhever is very close. On the terrace and around the house you can enjoy the sun all day long in peace.

Our apartment (kitchen and bathroom were renovated in March 2019) (approx. 40 m²) with private terrace is located in a detached stately villa in Sönderhav/Denmark. From the terrace you can enjoy the magnificent panoramic view of the Flensburg Fjord. The apartment is located on the lower floor of our house in a garden with fruit trees. The historic Gendarme Trail, a hiking trail from Padborg to Høruphav, runs about 60 meters along the house by the water

The terrace and garden with barbecue fireplace invite you to sit outside on lukewarm summer evenings.
