This comfortable rural house is located in the village of Lindoso, in the heart of the Peneda Gerês National Park, Alto Minho region. The village of Lindoso is well known for its Medieval Castle and one of the largest clusters of typical granite granaries (”espigueiros”). This is an old stone house next to an old water mill. Both have been rebuilt in harmony with the traditional architecture of the region. It is an invitation to enjoy the peace and the landscapes of the rural environment. Stone house: wine with books, dogs and routes

In this house lived the "caseiros" - the family that cared for the farm where our organic wine is currently grown. Restored in 2013, the old kitchen space was preserved with its "lareira", stone oven and sink, now a cool space for reading, playing or napping. The two open floors face the valley of the Miño River, which separates us from Portugal. Up, to sleep or read; down, where the animals used to be, to cook or go out to the small garden.
