You can park your car in our private parking space and take the elevator to the rooftop. On the second floor of a recently recovered building, the loft has a magnificent view over the Douro River and is built right over the “Muro dos Bacalhoeiros”, part of the city’s old medieval defensive wall.

The studio is part of the large authentic private house of the Dutch owners, located in Provesende, a traditional and, for several years, protected wine village in the heart of the Douro Valley. UNESCO World Heritage Site. In the house are three studios with their own entrance and two rooms. The garden and swimming pool are for communal use.
