Welcome to the Freeman's Grove Benevolent Society! Artist's apartment/gallery with kitchen, bath, one bedroom, and a sleeping nook. It is an open floor plan, for heating purposes there are curtains (no doors) on the bedroom and sleeping nook. Sleeps 4 people comfortably. The walk from MASS MoCA to the house is flat except the last block which is STEEP! The apartment is a flight and a half off the street, so be prepared for some stairs. A truly unique apartment and cabinet of curiosities. #fgbs

It was renovated in 2021 with brand new wood floors in the living room and master bedroom, and an updated bathroom with hot tub. This is a second home to the owners, who sometimes come to the area for work, the arts, and the outdoors. They treat every corner of the house with love and care, and want to share this serene experience with you.

The apartment is entire upstairs of back of our farm brewery & taproom. Open space includes living/dining/work space & bedroom; bathroom has small claw foot tub with shower. Queen-sized memory foam bed; twin day bed (extra twin mattress beneath). HD TV, wifi, private deck, kitchenette with mini fridge, microwave, toaster oven, hot tea kettle and k-cup coffeemaker. Large storefront converted to colorful open plan apartment in the heart of downtown Troy. Blocks away from RPI, and steps away from most of Troy's nightlife. Warning: this urban bohemian experience may bring back memories of Williamsburg Brooklyn or Downtown LA in the 90's. The full bathroom is shared with the two beds. This is a loft, there are no full walls between the two sides of the loft.
