Next to the estate is one of the many traditional trails of the island. The distance to the port of Tinos is about 6 km.

The Quiet room is located in the Agali area of Tinos, a very short distance from the shops, cafes and restaurants. It is just 500m from the center of the island, 800m from the church of Panagia and 100m from the beautiful beach of Agios Fokas. The Quiet room is in a beautiful & quiet neighborhood, there is convenient parking around the neighborhood. Bakery and supermarket are very close to the room.

This is a 12sq.m. independent studio and It has a double build in bed. n the studio there is also a fully equipped kitchen with a coffee maker.There is a small balcony where you may enjoy your coffee watching the ocean. The studio is located in a quiet area at the beachfront of Eressos and it is around 10metres from the water .Also its 50metres away from the first taverna and shops.

From 2026, a fully renovated bathroom and kitchen! The studio is a 5-minute drive from Gangou beach. You can get there on foot by just 15 minutes passing through a path in nature! It's also a 25 minute walk to the city center but only 7 minutes away by car. Enjoy the great views and tranquility of nature without being too far from entertainment, shops and restaurants.
