Flora's charming waterfront villa is located in the centre of the traditional picturesque village of Melinda, situated 6 km west of the village of Plomari. Our villa is situated literally on the beach, which is known for its crystal blue waters. The newly built modern house is fully equipped with all conveniences, such as a modern kitchen, air condition units in all rooms, tv, wi-fi etc. The famous traditional greek taverna of Maria is right next door, where you can enjoy local delicacies all day. In Our quiet villa you will experience greek at its summer, watching the sunset.

Das traditionelle Steinhaus grenzt an einer Seite an die natürliche Felswand. Das Bad ist ganz in den Fels hinein gebaut. Das ergibt ein ganz spektakuläres Wohngefühl und den Eindruck, mitten in der Natur zu sein. Die Terrasse hat eine wunderschöne Aussicht auf das Meer, den Strand von Fytema und die Berge von Messaria. Die Wohnung ist 2023 mit ökologischen Materialien im traditionellen Stil ausgebaut worden. Zum Strand sind es nur 200 m.

Cottage with sea view. It consists of two bedrooms (one double and two single beds), a kitchen and a bathroom. Below the house there is a beach where you can reach by a path with steps in two minutes. At the back of the house there is a garden with steps and levels with rest areas. The house is accessed from the street via a path with steps in less than 1 minute. Public Parking 100m from the house. Unsuitable for disabled people.

Petrino is located in the village of Kampos a few minutes from the port of EVDILOS (2 km) and with the nearest beach just a private path away In Petrino, the large courtyard stands out, which can be used all hours of the day from the morning on the beach side for a breakfast with a view as well as the afternoon hours in the outdoor living room for a panoramic view of the Aegean with the beautiful colors of the sunset.
