Screened porch, outside eating area, and large, spacious rooms are all perfect for relaxing and entertaining in this quiet neighborhood. Master bedroom features king bed, TV, and master bath. Welcome to this updated piece of history! We're super proud of this 115+ year old cottage in Downtown Augusta! Less than a mile from downtown restaurants and our very own Savannah River Brewery! The hosts live here themselves one week a month, so this place is well stocked and well cared for! Enjoy 2 king beds, each with their own bathroom, TVs in every room, 4 gorgeous old fireplaces and hardwoods, front and back porches each worth spending time on! The City of Augusta and Evans and Aiken just a short trip away also Augusta’s medical district just mins away. Golfers, nurses and just a family get away our North Augusta home is great for them all. Nice restaurants lots of locally owned restaurants and we’ve just few miles down from the Savannah river.
