The house is very clean and comfortable. It is convenient to cook in the kitchen. Bill and his family are very considerate in every detail. It is a great pleasure to live in the house. There is a trail behind the house. I like to take a walk there. It is near Safeway and Wholefoods. Shopping and eating out are very convenient.

We were pleasantly surprised at how much we felt at home. It was like being hosted by a very thoughtful family member. Loved the attention to detail on providing a good experience to guests.

Great location; short walk to several good restaurants and a brewery. Geri was also very responsive.

The place is exactly as described. Great location to explore the Bay Area. Host was friendly and helpful, upfront beforehand about possible upstairs noise from early risers (we brought earplugs and it was no problem). Parking was no problem and there were great restaurants and cafes nearby. Would stay again.

I've stayed here now a couple times, once with my wife (couples trip) and this visit just myself (visiting friends). Both time Sage was awesome! Great communication and very friendly. The Sauna was a good detox in the morning.

This was a perfect place to stop for a quick visit with my niece at Humboldt. It was clean comfy and peaceful. The bathroom is AMAZING! The tub is huge! the shower is great and the heated floors are incredible. I almost wanted to sleep on them! I will be back for sure and also let me sister know it would be a great place for her to stay.

Great place new point Reyes station. Very remote neighborhood and felt like a nice little getaway. Hot tub wasn’t working when we arrived so she turned on the sauna for us which was really nice. Overall great stay!

Beautiful outdoor area on deck. More Expansive than fotos. Bed was alright. Linens soft and cozy. Do visit Redwood Valley Railway Company. $4. Enchanting for adults too. You can easily pop on over to Skates on the Bay Restaurant { gorgeous views} in Berkeley. Exceptional restaurant service, food is well done and cocktails — note there is a Happy Hour if you are interested. Delicious cuisine options in Oakland Hills. Thai and Indian place was marvelous. Superb Massage in San Francisco at Rejuvenate Massage. Sai is gifted. Alice is great too - Thai knowledge. The money is an investment in your whole HEALTH. Blessings to you Janet. Book it.

Nice, quiet stay in the Redwoods as described in the listing. We appreciated having the futon made up for our 3rd person and there were a couple doors to create privacy for the futon person and the bedroom people. Artistic touches throughout. Close to Arcata. They offered use of hot tub if we had wanted.

I’ve stayed in many Airbnbs, this was one of the best. Masha is an excellent host, very helpful and responsive. The place is new, spacious, extremely quiet, and was a convenient location for visiting friends and family in the area. Thank you for everything, Masha!

We had a medical emergency and this place was perfect for our needs. Jaqui right on it for anything we needed. The place is very well equipped.

Sara was very responsive from our first conversation. She answered any questions I had quickly. The place was as described, it was clean and she even had little extras if you needed such as an extra toothbrush and toothpaste. Having the washer and dryer was a plus I just wish there was some kind of drying rack or something as I don't machine dry my clothes. ( just a little thought) She had every bedding and kitchen amenity a person could need. The bathroom was a great size as we're always getting ready for the day together. Parking was great as well it was literally right outside. We were greeted with a cute welcome sign which was a sweet thought as well. We really overall enjoyed the place as a whole. The ONLY thing I would mention is that I know in description it says some noise and gives time frames but UNFORTUNATELY at times it was SUPER loud. I'm not sure if just how loud is noticed by the host. I still give 5 stars as we tried not to let it taint our experience. Thank you, Sara!

Trey's place is cozy with some really beautiful art. Very well thought out amenities and super quiet and peaceful.

We have stayed at Jonathan's place four times now. The home is on a 3 acre lot with many trees, shrubs, a koi pond and birds. We like the serenity created by the landscaping. Jonathon's place is easy to find especially at night; small lights decorate the gate into the property so can not miss the gate when it is dark. Jonathon is responsive and proactive host and an interesting person to speak with.

Vicki’s place was beautiful, relaxing, private, and comfortable. When you book here you’re booking a private spa with amazing views, it was exactly what we needed for our stay. We highly recommend this location!

Judith's place is my go-to address any time I visit Berkeley. Spot is great with an ideal location, access to BART and San Pablo with almost every service one could dream of. The backyard garden is the cherry on top, a beautiful and quiet space to relax. Judith is always responsive and welcoming, the ideal host.
