Built around 1847 the Old Bakery has been many things. A butchers, a shop, a Blacksmiths. it has a charming and chequered history which is reflected in its character. Village location. 2 pubs, both that serve great food. 2x General stores. Larger shops within 15 mins. Lots of walking in the local area across the Wolds (AOAB). Beach (year round dog friendly) a short drive away. Louth nearby (foodie heaven) with a regular market and independent retailers.

Cleethorpes is a traditional seaside town with beautiful beaches that stretch for miles. The main beach allows dogs from the end of September until Good Friday. Dogs are allowed on the beach all year south from Cleethorpes Leisure Centre right the way up to Humberston Fitties. Care needs to be taken when walking in this area as the coastline can be deceptive and there are lots of creeks to be aware of.
