There is small microwave and a coffee machine in the unit , & a small fridge on the screened-in-porch.

Our open and spacious home is located in peaceful and quiet Old Beach. It sleeps 12 people comfortably. It is 3 blocks to the oceanfront beach and walking distance to the convention center, an upscale supermarket, restaurants, Museum of Contemporary Art, skate board park, and all the fun activities of the boardwalk offers. The Convention Center is 4 blocks away. There is private parking for 4 vehicles. There is a beautiful backyard for outside dinners with a large fenced in private yard.

There are several restaurants and a brewery within walking distance. There are many parking options at the oceanfront or you can walk or pedal your way there on the 2 provided bicycles. All necessities stocked as well as many extras. 65 inch TV with Cox Cable Tv in the living room for relaxing after the beach.
