In Alburgh, VT, just north of N. Hero, our cottages face Isle LaMotte to the west, with spectacular lake and sunset views. We have 8 cottages on site, so if you don’t see what you need, please ask. Perfect for relaxing, fishing, water sports, golfing, and to use as a home base for fun day trips. Wake up to stunning views of the lake from your private deck, and enjoy the clear starlit sky at night. Dogs are welcome with Owner approval and payment of a Pet Fee per dog per trip, maximum of 2 dogs.

Relax in one of many ADK chairs while enjoying incredible sunsets over Lake Champlain and the ADK Mtns. The 1 BR suite shares no space with the main home and has its own entrance and bathroom. We do have a very strict NO PET policy. The islands are accessible by road from the VT side and either bridge or ferry from NY. Please read the full description about the rental prior to booking.

Equipped with a 60ft aluminum dock to fulfill your fishing pleasures. Boat launch on premises for small boats (ex: small bass boats). One boat and trailer allowed. Enjoy gorgeous, west facing sunsets most nights on the Adirondack swing or while eating dinner on the spacious deck. Out back enjoy a large area for your recreational desires.

The property has plenty of outdoor places to gather or just relax. The bay is quiet, perfect for paddle boarding and also home to some of the best bass fishing in the country. The spacious yard has a hammock and tree swing, lovely for reading a book or relaxing with a glass of wine. The back deck overlooks the lake with rocking chairs and a hot tub. The patio has a built in fire pit, perfect for s'more making.
