The Perfect Area to enjoy Nature without buying all the Camping equipment! HAWTHORNE offers a pop up shower, portable Loo, 5 gal water cooler,firewood, queen bed & bedding, picnic tables & access to yard games. Access to Miles of groomed hiking trails Our tents are perfect for 2 but bring along extra sleeping bags & you can sleep 2 more on the big tent floor or let us know if you need a pop-up tent for extra room. You will walk-in from a parking area. Wagons are provided for your supplies.

The Grain Bin Lodge and Retreat

Sorry, no children under the age of 12. This large grain bin has been converted into a rustic two story getaway using reclaimed barn wood and many antiques. The 700 square foot main floor includes a full bath, a vintage retro kitchenette (micro wave, toaster, coffee maker, refrigerator/freezer, NO OVEN), reclining love seat, a smart tv with WIFI and Direct TV, along with a large dining area with 2 tables. The 500 square foot open loft area includes one full bed and 2 queen beds.

Relaxing 2 Bedroom Home

Treat yourself to this relaxing ranch style home on a corner lot in a small town setting. This is a super clean 2 bed, 1 bath home! Amenities include washer & dryer, internet, wifi and off-street parking. There is easy access to Sioux City and Sioux Falls Airport, University of South Dakota and plenty of outdoor activities including hunting, fishing and hiking. Welcome to your quite getaway while visiting family and enjoying the surroundings of the Siouxland Area.

Country A-frame

Country A-frame near Ponca State Park on 4.5 acres of country setting. Featuring a 4-5 person hot tub as of May, 2025. Sit in the hot tub and enjoy the Nebraska sunset and stars. A frame cabin completed in 2024. Full bedroom, sleeps 2 on a queen size bed. Loft features 2 twin beds.. Kitchen with small fridge, hot plate, microwave, dishes supplied. Firepit. Parking for RV's and boats available. Enjoy scenic countryside views from front deck.

The Nest

This is a lovely 2 bedroom one bath main floor unit. We are conveniently located less than 10 minutes from the Hard Rock Café, Orpheum Theater and the Tyson Event Center and less than 15 minutes from Landman Golf Club. Most medical facilities are within 15 minutes. NOTE: I have medical documentation that exempts me from accepting reservations involving animals.

Have fun with the whole family at this stylish place. Perfect for 1-5 guests! Great for work crews- two large tables (10' & 8') work great as a bench or workshop. Families love the new splash pad right across the street. We call it Park Place because we own three homes on this block- and this one sits right across from the park!
