This Grand Jati apartment is just as stunning as the photos—modern, clean, and with a gorgeous, spacious swimming pool. Everything was in perfect working order, and we found it extremely comfortable. The fridge and AC were nice and cold, and the hot water worked flawlessly. Compared to other Airbnb listings in this building, this property offers excellent value with a much larger apartment size 94m². Other 2-bedroom units here are only 77m² and 69m², but this one remains affordably priced—what a great deal! It’s definitely one of the best places we’ve stayed at in Medan! Thanks Michael

Comfortable and functional apartment with the necessary amenities. We were able to arrive after midnight thanks to the key in the mailbox of the residence and the host was very responsive to our requests even late at night.

Strategic Apartment 2 is a great value in a good location. We enjoyed the views from the 20th floor. The bed is incredibly comfortable- one of the best that we have experienced in Indonesia. If you are not used to street noise, you may find it difficult to sleep. However, the apartment is quieter than some places that we have stayed in the city of Medan. If you are used to some street noise, it shouldn't be any problem. Reza did a good job communicating and the check in instructions were clear. We did find that the key card only worked in one elevator. Overall a very good experience and we would stay here again if back in Medan.

Stay in this unit for 7 nights, the location is strategic. Easy to access everywhere, just a step to Delipark mall. The lobby area is also clean & bright, 24-hour concierge. The unit & completeness according to the pictures & description. clean & not dusty and quite well maintained. The 3 unit air conditioners are all cold. The toilet is also clean. The kitchen is clean, light cooking utensils are all complete, starting from bowls, plates, spoons , forks are quite practical for those who often order food online let alone stay long. Linens & bedsheet were all clean. Cleaning equipment such as mops, buckets etc. are also available not afraid of dirty/dusty floors even if they stay long. Fast wifi, Smart TV , and most importantly for those who stay long drinking water, an amway filter is available. Facilities can also be accessed such as gym, swimming pool to lounge. Host Ms Helen is very friendly & responsive to all questions . The instructions provided are also clear from the beginning of Check-in, to Checkout. Hopefully next time you can stay here again. Thank you?

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely Perfect Stay! I had an amazing experience at this Airbnb! I stayed there for one month and enjoyed every moment of it. The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was fantastic, with easy access to nearby attractions, restaurants. But using grab is usual in here. The view from 15th floor is really nice and open, and the pool downstairs is long enough and clean, gym and table tennis there as well. Also to air cons in the apartment doing their job properly. The host was incredibly friendly, responsive, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. From the smooth check-in process to the thoughtful little touches, it was clear they truly care about their guests. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a top-notch stay. I would definitely book again in the future! I stayed also in hotels but I like the feeling of home, and I had it.

The place is great, comfortable, and clean. The apartment facility like gym, play ground also the swimming pool are very nice and clean. Amazing location, just closed by the biggest shopping mall with many fantastic food options right around.. The host was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely go back.

A cozy place with great location! (connected with delipark mall) As I was travelling with baby and elderly, I find it very convenient to stay in this unit. Most neccesities were provided. It has washing machine and 2 bathrooms with water heater. Kitchen is also well equipped, host even provide uv dish dryer. Moreover, the unit has a private lift. And Winny is such a friendly and helpful host!
