Well equipped kitchen, dining room and a bright & airy living room - a fantastic space whatever the season; curl up by the fire or open the enormous barn doors to the sunshine. Come and stay in our dream come true. Our Horsebox is nestled between a junk yard and Horse paddocks. It is in the middle of some very beautiful countryside with plenty of walks and nature to be experienced. Also our noisy chickens have been sorted btw and currently installing lighting in toilet and garden. The space was built using natural materials and contains close to zero toxic substances or VOC's. With the use sheep's wool insulation and wood cladding it allows the building to breathe

West Cottage is on a quiet village street in Lessingham, less than two miles from Norfolk's coast and five miles from the Broads. With off-street parking, a large garden, and views from both bedrooms to Happisburgh lighthouse, it's an idyllic spot for a tranquil holiday. Downstairs, a cosy sitting room with fireplace and dining area leads to a well-equipped kitchen, beyond which is a bathroom with over-bath shower. Upstairs, the large master bedroom has a king-sized bed, the smaller a 4ft bed.

Two former stock carriages have been joined together by a master craftsman turning them into this stylish cabin with a generous luxury bathroom connecting the kitchenette/bedroom and lounge/bedroom. Life here is about inside/outside living with a beautiful outlook over fields and plenty of grass for the children to play.

Secluded Sunhouse situated at the bottom of a large 2 acre garden. The house is surrounded by a conservation area and there are beautiful walks to the coast from the doorstep. Yet it is only 1/4 mile from a train station & Suffield Arms. The Sunhouse: open plan self contained living space, which comprises of a kitchen diner & Lounge / sleeping area, with a wood burner. There is a bathroom with shower. Depending on the time of year you visit it will be in different stages of growth and bloom.

THE BARN ANNEXE: COUNTRYSIDE YET CLOSE TO BEACHES.

The Annexe is situated just off the road down a country track in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and is a newly renovated space within our barn conversion. It is located in a rural part of North Norfolk and although surrounded by countryside, it is also only a short distance to many beautiful beaches, making it the perfect escape. The village centre has a bus stop and a welcoming pub, both are within walking distance (a tranquil 15-20 minute walk). There are also train links nearby too.

Welcome to Our Peace of Norfolk!! We are on the beautiful coast of North Norfolk at a place called Bacton. Our chalet feels spacious with a high ceiling in the main living area. It’s modern but with a home away from home feel! The amazing beach is a 5 minute walk away. The site is privately owned so no noisy clubhouse. The site is very peaceful & relaxing just like our chalet. It’s a lovely space to just to UNWIND! Read a book with a glass of wine and chill.
