The Sandbeck, Commondale

A beautiful couples room on the corner of the building with views over the beach out to sea from one window and across the harbour to St Mary's church from the other. It has a king size double bed and sitting area with table chairs and big smart TV. There is a refreshment counter with fridge, sink, and kettle and it comes with a new ensuite shower room. This 3rd floor room newly renovated is modern with beautiful decor. Included is a continantal breakfast of cereals, juice, tea/coffee

Superior Double

Galtres Lodge is probably the most central hotel in York. Certainly the one with most personality! Fun, relaxed, friendly, historic, and a little bit quirky. Proud member of Indie York, dog friendly, independently owned, and home to the awesome Forest restaurant. Small yet perfectly formed, the building was originally two Georgian townhouses, which have been combined to make this charming 12-bedroom hotel and restaurant, which is in the shadows of York Minster.

The exterior of the Carmichael Hotel features a blend of classic and modern architectural elements. A prominent entrance is framed by large arches, and decorative signage is displayed prominently above the entrance. Large windows illuminate the façade, contributing to an inviting street presence.
