Superior Double

Galtres Lodge is probably the most central hotel in York. Certainly the one with most personality! Fun, relaxed, friendly, historic, and a little bit quirky. Proud member of Indie York, dog friendly, independently owned, and home to the awesome Forest restaurant. Small yet perfectly formed, the building was originally two Georgian townhouses, which have been combined to make this charming 12-bedroom hotel and restaurant, which is in the shadows of York Minster.

A delightful double room with outside balcony and bistro table and chairs perfect for a stay at the seaside. Inside is a small kitchen / refreshment area with fridge, sink, and kettle. It comes with a king size double bed and an en-suite shower room. This 2nd floor room offers views across the beach and piers. The outside balcony is a great place to sip a drink, smell the sea air and take in the views. An outstanding modern well decorated room.
