Beautiful home in the city center. Private sauna, spacious bathroom with washing machine and glazed balcony for added comfort. 2007 built elevator house, barrier-free access. A warm garage space for the car. Located near a shopping mall and restaurants. A short distance to the market and the theater. The kitchen is equipped for cooking. Coffee and tea included in the price. The bedroom has a double bed, which can be separated into two beds if desired. Bed sheets and towels included in the accommodation. The living room has an extra bed, as well as a comfortable sofa.

The cottage is quietly located on the banks of the Iijoki River. The cottage can accommodate 1-3 guests. Rowing boat, swimming and fishing opportunity. Yliranta equestrian farm 6 km, Ii city center 11 km. The cottage has a fireplace and a separate wood-burning sauna. The cottage has a well-stocked kitchen and bedding. Firewood incl. Linens for an additional cost of 10€/person. Pets by arrangement €10/stay. Hot tub or outdoor hot tub for an additional cost of 100€. The renter must do the final cleaning. We charge 80€ for unmade cleaning.

A wonderful studio in an excellent location! The bright and spacious studio is located right next to the Ainola park. A short walk to the center. The apartment has high-quality equipment: e.g. induction cooker, integrated dishwasher, integrated oven, tumble dryer. Apartment has stylish interior & beautiful dishware. Experience our unique Aurora igloo. Clamping near the city centre but still next to the forest. See and feel the frost around you but enjoy the warmness of the real fire and down blanket. Enjoy Lapland! We have only one igloo in our garden and it is one of a kind! You may also use the garden around for winter fun activities. We have sledges and shuffles for your use. There is no jacuzzi/hot tub or sauna available in this accommodation I am afraid.

Welcome to stay in a historic setting! This duplex is located in the charming courtyard of a mansion built in the early 1900s, right by the sea. The apartment has two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a kitchen, and can accommodate up to 6 guests. One bedroom has a 160 cm wide double bed, and the other has a 140 cm double bed and an 80 cm single bed. In the kitchen, there is a wooden sofa (180 cm), which also serves as a bed for a smaller sleeper.
