Villa Liipi offers luxury accommodation on the shore of Lake Simojärvi in Ranuu all year round. The 150 m² log villa and 22 m² outdoor sauna can accommodate up to 12 people. Comprehensive equipment includes, in summer, a rowing boat, a kayak and SUP boards. In winter, the location is perfect for admiring the snowy landscape and the Northern Lights. Relaxation is guaranteed by two saunas and an electrically heated outdoor hot tub under the starry sky. Relax with the family in peaceful, beautiful Båtskärsnäs, close to Frevisörens camping (Nordiclapland) with swimming and activities. Guest pets are welcome. At the accommodation there is a wood-fired hot tub outdoors that can be pre-booked for a fee of SEK 500, it is usually possible to book it but please contact us in time to confirm this. Two kayaks are available to borrow. From Båtskärsnäs, boat trips also go out into the archipelago and in winter we have nice ice and ski trails. Kicks, sledges and snowshoes are available to borrow.

Historic Log House by the Sea

A historic, log house apartment (building 1900, completely renovated in the 21st century) on the seafront in the tranquility of the forest. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, a kitchen-living room, a bathroom, and a hallway. Fully equipped kitchen: dishwasher, washer, refrigerator/freezer, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, etc. Amenities include a shower, toilet, air source heat pump. Space for 4-5 people, beach sauna can be booked separately for €30/h, (sauna is preheated and shifts are between 6 pm and 10 pm)

A natural destination by the Kiiminkijoki river in our small and cozy guest house, 33 km from Oulu. Rural, forest and waters. No street lights, which is why the starry sky is dazzling in clear weather. 200 m to the river. There are many hiking trails in Ylikiiminki. Villa Salme: Cozy lakeside logcabin+private beach

A well-equipped log cabin in Jokijärvi, Taivalkoski, Finland´s Northeast. The cabin features a combined living room and kitchen + 1 bedroom. During the summer an attic room with a double bed is also in use. Use of a rowing boat, an Indian canoe and 2 stand-up paddleboards & use of the grillhut & firewood are included in the rent. You can also rent 1 single kayak separately, rental price 20€/day. Sandy-bottomed shallow beach facing south, providing a great swimming spot. Pets are also welcome!

In summer, you can start your hike directly from the yard. There is a dock and a rowing boat on the beach.
