In a private house in a quiet location (6 km to the centre), a "studio": a bedroom and its own renovated bathroom and SAUNA, in addition a utility room with a kitchenarea. The space has a microwave oven, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, small fridge, dishes and tea, coffee, sugar, oatmeal. There is no stove or oven in the apartment. I live in the same building. There is an indoor dog in the apartment. Guests have their own entrance and the space can be locked. Free parking space and free 5G-wifi.

You will stay safely in a separate apartment with its own entrance. Quiet location on the shore of the beautiful Ylä-Juumajärvi, about 2 km from Juuma village, 3 km from Pieni Karhunkierros, near Oulanka National Park. Nearby are wonderful nature sites: Karhunkierrokset, Riisitunturi, Ruka, Kiutaköngäs, etc. You can make day trips to nearby destinations. The beach sauna is at your disposal and we will advise you on how to heat it. WiFi available. The price includes linens and towels for three.

Sisältää puusaunan, viihtyisän pesuhuoneen, pienen mutta kätevän keittiön sekä vuodesohvan yläpuolelle avautuvan lasikaton, josta mahtavat taivas näkymät. Lisäksi terassiin on upotettu poreamme, jota vuokrataan erillisellä hinnalla. Pihalla on autopaikka lämmityksellä. Sviitissä on nopea wifi-yhteys. Keittiöstä löytyy kaikki kokkaamiseen tarvittavat perusvälineet uunia lukuun ottamatta.

A small suite near the train station

Oulu Railway Station is 50 m. Other amazing experience the suite does not provide. There are more upscale hotel rooms nearby :) This modest and small - really small - second-floor apartment of less than 29 m2 has its own entrance from the spiral staircase, which may be challenging for some dogs (or people). The house is vm 1986. A ventilation renovation is planned in the fall of 2024. Bed linens, towels, soap, tea, coffee, and apple or orange juice are included.

Personalized small home

The property is located in a quiet residential area, in the yard of a detached house, about 15km from the center of Oulu. The apartment is in mint condition, has sleeping accommodations for two and an air mattress for a third if necessary. On the second floor there is a bedroom with a double bed. Other things to note: There is a folder on the table in the hallway with some instructions for the renter regarding the apartment, be sure to read it, thank you.

Hyvien liikenneyhteyksien varrella,esim. kauppaan n. 1,5 km, 500 m golfkentälle ja aivan hiihtokeskuksen vieressä. Talvi-ja kesä aktiviteettejä aivan asunnon lähettyvillä. Pilkki kalastus ja moottorikelkka reiteille lähteminen helppoa kohteesta. Opastusta eri aktiviteetteihin tarvittaessa.

Asunnossa parisänky sekä vuodesohva Karup design (koko 140x200). Keittiö on hyvin varusteltu mm. induktioliesi sekä integroitu tiskikone, jääkaappi ja pakastin. Kahvin-, ja vedenkeitin sekä mikroaaltouuni löytyvät aamiaiskaapista. Pesukone kylpyhuoneessa. Ilmainen pysäköinti.

Rauhallinen ja kotoisa yksiö omakotitalon yläkerrassa johon käynti omasta ulko-ovesta. Pihassa oma parkkipaikka, mutta jos haluat käyttää julkisia lähin bussipysäkki on vain 400m päässä. Alueella on myös hyvät ulkoilumahdollisuudet. Polut ja ladut lähtevät suoraan takapihalta. Matkaa kaupungin keskustaan on noin 3,5km. Rautatieasemalle matkaa on n. 4km. Lentokentälle ajaa noin 15 minuutissa.

Very cozy studio with small kitchen and bathroom. This is suitable for 2 adults (+ 2 children.) The location is great, very near of city center of Kuusamo. Ski bus goes to Ruka from very near of the house ( 50 metres). The supermarket is located 100 metres of the house. There is a cross-country ski run very near ( 100 m) as well possibility to ice-skate.
