The two-room house has gas heating, it is warm in the winter but cool in the summer. Suitable for a comfortable rest of a family. It includes WiFi, TV in both rooms and terrace, stove, toaster, kettle, microwave, washing machine, etc. Bicycles are also available and a garden shower is also available. The house has gas heating.

Special adult-friendly cabins 500 meters from the main building. The 60 sqm, single-air, simple, Scandinavian-type accommodations are located in a wooded environment. Their special feature is that they took the environment into account during their design, so they did not cut down any trees and they have no partition walls. Thanks to its air filtration system, allergy sufferers can also enjoy the atmosphere of the “cleanest air settlement”. Pets aren't allowed. Children aren't allowed!

We have renovated the rooms in 2020, the bathroom in 2023. It is a modern but retro apartment with old and new stuff - I like colours, cosiness and functionality. The house itself is a socialist gem, built in the early Stalin regime when the government hadn't yet come up with the idea of small flats :) We do a thorough, antibacterial full cleaning before you come (and after you leave). You are usually welcome to stay from Friday till Tuesday, write to us if you have a question!

The house with a terrace is located on a huge plot with its own pond in absolute privacy. It is modernly furnished, there is a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with TV, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and a toilet. Of course, there is air conditioning, Wi-Fi and parking.
