Holiday rentals with a kayak in Northern New Mexico

Everything was perfect. Clear, easy instructions for getting in. Jake came down to introduce himself the first evening and gave a few helpful instructions and was very friendly. After that he responded to all questions and requests by text within a few hours, but otherwise was very respectful of my privacy. He was also extremely helpful and understanding when I needed to cancel after only a few days of a longer stay. Truly beautiful location for a retreat from the hustle and bustle, with beautiful walks right from the edge of their property, but 10-12 minutes drive to all shopping and restaurants in Bernalillo. This home is a great place if you’re looking to have a relaxing vacation. Home is also very clean with beautiful decor. There are many things to do that are not far from the home. Bill is a very helpful person and will help inform you on any questions you have. Also GREAT FISHING from his yard.

This is a stunning house in a stunning location! The view of the desert and the reservoir lake are amazing. The house is stylish and comfortable. You will be treated to almost complete isolation, lending a sense of adventure. The owners were helpful and accommodating.

Kevin and family’s house was fabulous! We had our wedding at their property, and they accommodated our needs superbly. They were willing to meet us in advance to lay out the wedding venue, and helped us with anything we needed. Their house is beautiful, the kitchen and laundry have everything you need. Harley and Faun were willing to help us with anything we needed, and we cannot recommend them highly enough.!

I loved the beautiful location of the home and the easy check-in. Karin & Matthew are wonderful hosts and responded quickly to questions I had. I would definitely recommend this home. You won’t be disappointed.

We had a wonderful time with family and friends. The place was beautiful with amazing views and a great location. We really enjoyed the Elk and Mule Deer roaming. We will definitely stay again in the future.

We had the absolute best time in Durango! The space was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The hosts were very responsive and provided great communication throughout our stay. Highly recommend & we can’t wait to be back!

Beautiful place which we enjoyed A LOT. The host provides with SUPs and Kayaks.. I did not know about the SUP so I had brought my own. We only used the coffee maker, fridge and microwave... but it seemed that the kitchen was well stocked if cooking had been on our agenda.

We love staying here! we have been several times in the summer but this was our first winter trip. absolutely beautiful! They let us use some of their ice skates so my daughter and I could skate on the lake and let my husband borrow some bait for his ice fishing. Very generous and friendly! we will definitely be back again and again!

We loved our stay at the Ranch. The place had everything we needed and more. Plenty of space and room to spread out. It was clean, nicely decorated and liked just like the photos. We had a group of 12 adults there to meet for a mediation and sacred site week. It was perfect. There are great places close by too to hike, eat and relax. Beautiful views and outdoor space too. Thank you!!!!

We really enjoyed our stay here! This was our first trip to Pagosa Springs, CO and this house and property really elevated our experience! We love to fly fish so we were like kids in a candy store here. The access to town was not even 2 minutes away which was also nice. We will definitely be returning.
