In the immediate vicinity of the house you will find both a restaurant, grocery store, many well-marked hiking trails in the immediate vicinity and a lively fishing village. Beautiful lake house overlooking Tjeldsundet. Quiet surroundings with both hiking terrain and fishing opportunities just outside the house. Midnight sun in the summer, and a great chance to see the Northern Lights in the winter. Great location between Lofoten/Vesterålen, Harstad and Harstad/Narvik/Evenes airport. The lake house has 2 floors, with kitchen, living room, 2 bedrooms, bathroom, hallway and entrance. Private laundry room with access to washing machine. Great terrace right over the water's edge, and from the living room on the 2nd floor there is a separate balcony.

The house is completely renovated, with a new large kitchen, very good internet, new large beds, large new sofa and dining table, wood stove, as well as a new washing machine/dryer. Everything luxurious. You will have access to a large barn with billiards and football table games. The house is located 50 meters from the sea. You will also have access to a jetty by the sea for sunbathing and swimming (50 m from the house). The place is very northern lights friendly. 15 minutes walk brings you to a great shopping center.

The house is from 2004, situated 25 meters from the sea, with a beautiful view from the living room and terrace. It is modern equipped with dishwasher, microwave, freezer and all the kitchen equipment you will need, floor heating in the bathroom, laundry room and entrance area. The bedrooms are quite spacious with good quality beds. During spring, summer and autumn a boat for 4 people, with an outboard engine, is available for rent. Perfectly situated for day trips around the area. :)

The apartment is spacious and has an amazing view. You have a 180 degrees view over Tromsø and its surroundings. You can see mountains, the fjord, the Arctic cathedral, the cable car and the mountains surroundings it..The Northern lights can easily be seen from the balconies if it is out dancing for us. The apartment is within town center with its many attractions, restaurants, galleries, cafes, museums and shops. A short walk to everything.
