Beautiful sunrises at the private Guest Suite (the lower level of my home) nestled in the woods on Stevens Lake. Loons, birds, turkeys, bald eagle and deer may surprise you. Guest Suite has 2 bedrooms, bath and family room with fully stocked kitchenette for all your cooking needs. Private locking sliding glass door opens to the patio, gas grill, hammock and fire pit overlooking the lake. A steep walking trail and steps down to the lakefront access the dock, 2 kayaks, paddleboat & life jackets.

Crystal Mountain fifteen minutes by car. Backyard fire pit for guests to use. Note: steep driveway in the winter you will need a four wheel drive vehicle.

NON SMOKERS only please. This is a legal non smoking/vaping apartment. We will NOT accept smokers even if they are willing to only smoke outside. We are less than 2 Miles to West Bay, Downtown Traverse City and grocery stores. This quiet location has its own private entrance with plenty of parking for your boat toys. clean fully contained one bedroom apartment overlooking the South arm of lake Charlevoix. fully furnished apartment. bedroom has a queen bed. in living room is a pull out queen size sofa bed. strong Wi-Fi included. kitchen is well equipped with dishes pots and pans silverware enough to cook a full meal. kitchen has a table with four chairs. bathroom does not have a tub but has a nice fiberglass shower stall. easy half-mile stroll to the main streets of East Jordan for restaurants.

Grab your bike and head down the TART Trail to Traverse City and take the BATA Bus back or just stroll through our quaint unique downtown shops. Travel to local wineries, Leland's Fishtown and Sleeping Bear Dunes. Bicycle storage available in lower level with owner approval. No pets please.
