We are in an ancient oak forest in beautiful nature just walking distance to Topanga State Park and its hiking trails. It’s only 10 min to the beach/Malibu and 20 min to Santa Monica/Venice or Woodland Hills. The town center with restaurants, grocery stores, gift shops and our library are close.

Our home is close to Magic Mountain, Cal Arts, many parks, great views and restaurants. Our place is good for couples and families (with kids). The house has 3 large bedrooms; king in the master, queen in the second bedroom, and a full on the bottom - twin on the top bunk bed in the third bedroom. There is a queen hideabed in the living room. The paseos that run through the city are great for walking and biking. The hikes are wonderful also up Pico or Towsley Canyons.
