Holiday rentals with a patio in Northridge, Los Angeles

Great location close to all the main atractions that LA has to offer. Quite neigorhood and felt very secure also. The apartment a little bit on the old decor but very clean and well kept. I would defenetly recomend it and if I have to go back to LA will be back here too.

Juan's place was great! Check in instructions were clear and the house was extremely clean and inviting. Amenities were basic but just what I needed for a quick weekend visit to LA.

Sean's place was clean, comfortable, well-equipped, and conveniently located for shopping, public transport, and restaurants. We took the metro train several times into downtown LA. The apartment was one of several units set in a beautiful private garden. Sean was very helpful and always answered our queries immediately. We would happily return.

Cute little beachy bungalow. Great for 2 adults, more if you don't mind sharing a bed. Loved having a dedicated add covered parking space.

Incredibly warm and considerate hosts that are also super responsive and helpful. Space was perfect and exactly what we needed. The kitchen was fully equipped, including spices and cooking oil. Beautifully and tastefully decorated condo with TV that’s equipped with Netflix and etc. Extremely clean and modern bathroom. We didn’t end up using the facilities but there was a gym and pool on site that was very convenient. The condo is located right next to the parking spot so it’s quite easy to get to - an absolute bonus in the area!

Beautiful stay at a nice location. It was sparkling clean, fully equipped with everything you might need, beautiful balcony, the building was safe and right next to the marina. Mark is very responsive and accommodating when we had to come in late at midnight

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Joseph's place. Joseph makes entry into the unit super easy and it is so nice to simply close the door and go, at check out (He takes care of everything). We were grateful to be so close to the freeway as we could visit our son in North Hollywood with ease. The bed was especially comfortable with a very cozy comforter and pillows. We will be back for sure !

We had a great stay. The house is very cozy and comfortable, with all the facilities we needed. It's located in a residential neighborhood that's very quiet, which helped us relax. The property is very close to Culver City downtown and within walking distance of local coffee shops (less than 10 minutes away), which we enjoyed a lot. The owners were very clear in their communications. I would definitely recommend this place.

From the moment we booked our stay at blue Haven Cheryl‘s communication with us was prompt and friendly. This was a last-minute booking so we were very relieved. We could find something in the Pasadena area. Cheryl‘s place is incredibly clean and very quiet. We enjoyed our stay very much

Wonderful home that was clean and cozy and exactly as described. The host was always responsive and kind. The home was well stocked and had everything you could want with some cool extras like a popcorn machine and some delicious coffee. We would not hesitate to stay again. We forgot some chargers at the house and we were notified shortly after our departure and were able to stop back by to pick them up. Very kind and awesome people. 5 stars!

It's a wonderful place to stay, very clean, excellent location and great amenities. As an added bonus, there is a orange tree in the backyard that we were able to pick from. Lisa was flexible for us in on time of arrival, and took the time to ensure we had everything we needed when we arrived.

Loved the location as we grew up in the area and it felt like we were home again. Cozy, warm and invitingly charming. Will be returning in the future to enjoy again. Thank you for making our 50th wedding anniversary a walk down memory lane!😘🥰😍

This inviting spot was lovely for our short stay. The neighborhood is peaceful but also just a quick walk away from great food and stuff to do. The bed was so comfortable, I might go get the same! I had the best stay at Peter and Veronica’s amazing apartment. Not only was it super stylish and artistically arranged, it was also very comfortable and quiet for my vacation weekend. Located in the heart of historic downtown LA and very easy to go to lots of near by venues, restaurants, and cafes. High speed WiFi, two TVs, a full kitchen, laundry and dryer machine, and free parking! This is the best deal. I look forward to my return! Thank you Peter and Veronica.

We loved staying at Jeffery’s place! It was quiet, clean, and close to lots of shopping and restaurants. It was a great hopping off point to Disney and the convention center. We definitely felt at home there! We would stay again if we are in the area.

Great area! Short walk to the beach and a short drive to the pier. The kitchen was stocked with all the essentials and made dinner time easy. Comfy beds, big bathrooms and a nice quiet outside area. The house has great history and felt cozy. The kitchen area is an add on that can only be accessed through the courtyard area. Be prepared that you will hear the owners/occupants above you when they walk and you often can hear them talking.
