Sits on 1 1/3 acres just off exit 89 on the I95, approx 2 miles from downtown Mystic and close enough to the ocean to hear an occasional seagull and light house horn. Private entrance with mini kitchen, fridge,microwave, portable induction cooktop,toaster,coffeemaker- every thing but the kitchen sink! Please note: there is no kitchen sink nor oven.
