We love our house! It's on the most amazing location right by the sea with a view over beautiful mountains, surrounded by nature, and if you are lucky you'll see wild life like reindeers, otters, moose and whales and you can also see Northern Lights from the house. We built the house in 2018 and moved in right away. The house is modern, well equipped and it has a fantastic panorama sauna only a few meters from the sea. The place is quiet and the neighbors are very friendly and helpful.

Velkommen til Fjordbris! Her kan du få en overnatting i det naturskjønne området Dirdal med en uforglemmelig utsikt. Med kun noen få meter til fjorden får en nesten opplevelsen av å sove i vannet. Alt av fasiliteter er tilgjengelig enten i minihuset eller i kjelleren til butikken Dirdalstraen Gardsutsalg like ved. Gårdsutsalget ble i 2023 kåret til Norges beste gårdsbutikk og er en liten attraksjon i seg selv. Rett ved siden finner du en badstue som kan bookes med like god utsikt.

På denne plassen bur du i toppen av frukthagen på garden Påldtun. Her kan du nyte ei fin utsikt over fjord og fjell. Det er kort veg til brygga. Her kan du leige båt og sauna eller ta deg eit morgenbad. Du vil oppleve livet på bygda med beitande dyr og arbeid som foregår i sesongen. Log cabin of 36 m2 with central heating and wood stove, located in a peaceful place with 3 other cabins. Short distance to parking. We charge for bed linen, NOK 125 per person, including towels. A stone's throw to Gudbrandsdalslågen, crystal clear water and good trout river. Short distance to forest and mountains. 6 national parks nearby. Welcome!

This is a luxurious outdoor experience in raw Finnmark nature or sit inside in the living room watching the northerns lights through the large windows. If you come from abroad, the easiest way to get here is to fly to Alta and rent a car. Getting from Alta to Kokelv is about 2 hours. You can access by car to the front of the entrance area. The house contains 2 bedrooms with king size beds, 1 bedroom with 4 bunk beds and a TV room with a double sofa bed.
