Newly built cabin from 2021 with fantastic hiking opportunities right from the cabin door, summer and winter. The cabin is very undisturbed and cozy without noise in beautiful natural surroundings, with a good distance to the cabin neighbor. The cabin has a living room with fireplace, access to a great terrace with a lovely view, three cozy bedrooms and tiled bathroom/laundry room with heating cables in the floor and washing machine. The bedrooms have respectively: (1) 160 cm bed (2) "Family bunk bed" with 120 cm bed below and 80 cm above. (3) 120 cm bed below and 80 cm above.

Peaceful Family Cabin in the Woods

A peaceful family cabin in scenic surroundings. The cabin is located in a remote location overlooking a beautiful quiet lake, with the beautiful Blefjell in the back. Here you can walk down to the water for a dip, fishing trip or canoeing adventure. Behind the cabin and further inwards in the direction of Blefjell there is a lot of forest to discover, and both blueberries and lingonberries to pick. Blefjell is a 20-minute drive, which offers fantastic hiking opportunities both summer and winter. There are two fireplaces in the cabin (and wood is included in the price).

Bjørnehytta is a large cabin with plenty of communal space in both the living room and the kitchen. The cabin has large, open spaces that provide a warm atmosphere. The kitchen is fully equipped with 2 ovens, fridge, dishwashers and freezer. The living room features a beautiful soapstone fireplace and stunning views of Blefjell and Norefjell. 6 bedrooms, 21 beds, bathroom, TV lounge, and sauna with hot tub. Outdoors you will find terraces with long tables and fire pit. Ski slopes and hiking terrain just outside the door. Ideal for family, friends or businesses!

The cabin is newly built in 2023, luxurious, fully equipped, with WiFi included. Bedding&towels can be rented for €20 per person.

Relax and enjoy days in beautiful nature. Spacious family cabin at Gavlesjå. A hidden gem just a 30-minute drive from Notodden. The cabin has a good standard. Solar panel provides the power you need. Water is collected in a well. Remember to bring your own bed linen and towel. The shower is connected to an electric pump. You have to heat up water in advance to shower hot. Call the cabin, heating can be turned on in advance in the winter.
