Bedroom 4 is small and has a door to the outside. You may have to go through bedroom 3 to get to the rest of the apartment. The patio with paving stones and lawn is at the same level as the floor inside. Access via stairs in the terrain from the parking lot on the property. Perfect distance to the university and city center with suitable walking distance and nice hiking opportunities.

At the cabin there is a wooden cabin, sledding hill, swings, slack line, balance trails and 30 meters zip-Line. Bungalow from 1860 that has been refurbished so that old meets new. Brand new bathroom with large bathtub with lion feet where you can stretch out completely. Private shower if you'd rather use it. There is also a washer and dryer in the bathroom. Combined kitchen and living room with large wood stove which is great to gather around on a cold winter day. Two bedrooms with beds for a total of 5 pieces. There can also be an extra pair of guest beds and there is the possibility to sleep on the couch so there is room for many.

The cabin is newly built in 2023, luxurious, fully equipped, with WiFi included. Bedding&towels can be rented for €20 per person.

Løvheim - Unique experience with peace

Løvheim stands by itself on a watch inside the woods. It is still bright and has exceptional views to Skrimfjella. Løvheim has character and has many great details outside and indoor with, among other things, wood carving details. Accommodates 6 persons. Kongsberg is only a short drive away. There is a road all the way. In the winter, the last hill will be best spared with 4-wheel drive, but most often with no problem anyway.

Nice and cozy, close to nature and Ski Resorts.

Leiligheten har egen inngang i en del av mitt hus. Den er koselige innredet med hytte stil. Det er en privat terasse oppe og delt hage/uteområde nede. Stedet har turmuligheter rett utenfor døren og kun 15 minutter til både fjell og by, bademuligheter om sommeren og ski om vinteren.
