Holiday rentals in Notre Dame

I love old farm houses with character and this property fit the description. From the 5 bedrooms that worked well for our family, to the helpful hosts who frequently checked the hot tub which we used almost every day. The location was excellent being just 10 minutes from everything we needed to access. Thank you for helping us create fun holiday memories.

I have stayed here numerous times, and every time I'm impressed! They have made several improvements over the years, and it can't be beat! We walked around the property, played in the tree house and swing, enjoyed the hot tub and patio. I wish it were summer, the pond is awesome! There is something for everyone here, and you will not be bored. The host, Jason, is super quick and responsive to anything you may need! Comfy beds & furniture throughout the home! The home is absolutely spotless, which is always appreciated. Highly recommend 5/5.

I cannot say enough about how clean the house was. Wonderful space for everyone. Kitchen table was large enough for my group to play games at and the basement space was large enough for everyone too! If we are back in the area we would stay here again!

Tonya was an exceptional host, always going above and beyond to ensure my stay was as comfortable as possible. She was incredibly helpful, promptly attending to any requests I had, whether it was providing local recommendations or assisting with the amenities in the apartment. The space itself was impeccably clean and thoughtfully equipped with everything I needed, from kitchen supplies to cozy linens. Her attention to detail truly made a difference in my experience.

Jason was very responsive with any questions I had. He gave thorough instructions on how to check in and numerous recommendations of places to check out in the area. His home and surroundings were exactly as shown in photographs and descriptions. Loved the backyard with fire pit and hot tub. Hope to make it back for a stay again when it warms up to enjoy the beautiful screened patio room! Highly recommended this location if you're visiting Sawyer!

This place was amazing! The living room was so comfortable with plenty of seating. The entire place, including the bathrooms, were so much larger than we expected. Location was great to get to many of our favorite restaurants and breweries. We will be back!!!

Great stay for a Notre Dame football weekend. The house is out of the fanfare about 35 minutes away from campus. Plenty of social space and space to relax in the home, in its back yard, or near the lake. Big kitchen, and all of the amenities you need for a weekend stay. Darick is a great host, and I recommend this to folks looking for the same use!
