Less than 2 min from the Tram stop, where there is free parking and a day ticket only £5.00 There is a living area & a separate bathroom. Newly fitted out separate self contained annexe in the heart of the beautiful Vale of Belvoir. Downstairs is a well equipped modern kitchen. Upstairs is a large studio-style space which is light and airy, with a separate shower room. There is a king size bed, also a sofa bed which would sleep another adult or two children. Stair gate, high chair and travel cot available if required. Parking on drive. Also plenty of space for bikes. In a lovely village with good amenities and country walks.

Stunning self-contained garden studio just 10 minutes walk from the University of Nottingham West entrance, free parking available. The QMC, Beeston Train Station, and access to the M1 are just around the corner. The Studio is fully equipped and includes a kitchen, washing machine, mini-fridge/freezer, and an ensuite bathroom.
