Local wine, cheese, fruit and vegetable producers are present. The Loire, the castles of Cheverny, Chambord and Blois, the Cheverny golf course (18 holes), the Caudalie spa are located between 5 and 15 minutes from the Vieux Pressoir. Beauval Zoo is 20 km away. Many walking and biking trails are accessible from the house.

In the heart of the forest, discover the tranquility of the "Les Bolets" cottage on our 1.8 hectare estate, with our main residence and the "Les Girolles" cottage. Nearby, the Loire Valley castles, Center Parc "Les Bruyères", the Lamotte-Beuvron equestrian park, the Pôle des Étoiles in Nancay and the Zoo Parc de Beauval. Ideal for a getaway or vacation, relax in the heated pool from mid-June to mid-September, and also enjoy the petanque court for convivial moments.

The Saint Louis gîte, swimming pool, 15 people

A unique experience in this warm and spacious cottage of over 400 m², which can accommodate up to 15 people and offers all the comfort and modern facilities necessary for a relaxing and convivial stay with family or friends. Neat "chic countryside" decor and quality bedding. The cottage of Saint Louis is completely private as well as its totally enclosed landscaped garden and its large heated pool, without any vis-à-vis. Stag and hen parties are not permitted.

Independent cottage with two large bedrooms, in one there are two large 160 beds, and in the other there is a large 160 bed and two 90 beds (separate shower room and toilet), large living room with kitchen area (oven, stove, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, kettle, toaster).
