You can eat outside while respecting the neighborhood (even if I am the only one to enjoy it, it is a common garden). It is in the city center, close to the theater, a 7-minute walk from the Orleans Cathedral. Easy paid or free parking 10 min walk on the banks of the Loire or adjacent streets.
