Charming Cottage with Pool and Stunning Views

Petit Puntos is a detached cottage with optional heated plunge pool set within its own private grounds on the edge of a quiet Gascogne village in Gers. The property faces due south and overlooks rolling sunflower fields and has stunning views of the Pyrenees and Pic du Midi. Inside has been modernised to a high standard and there is plenty of outside living space with comfortable seating and dining areas. There is a decked sunbathing area and plunge pool to cool down looking at the mountains.

"The Echo of the Woods" between Périgord and Lot Valley

For nature lovers. Small cottage of about 20 m2, in the forest, 50 m below the owners' house. Not overlooked, surrounded by nature. Kitchen and dining area, bedroom and shower room. An induction cooktop, "table-top" fridge, small microwave. No washing machine. No TV, but Wi-Fi access, weak signal Private parking 40 m from the vacation rental, at the top of the property. Access to the house by small pedestrian forest path Not suitable for people with limited mobility.

Guesthouse at the Lake

Unieke plek met fantastisch uitzicht: aan het Lac de Veronne, een privé-meer waar je ongestoord kunt genieten van alle heerlijkheden op ons domein. Terras en veranda liggen op het zuidwesten, je hebt dus volop zon in de tuin maar dankzij de veranda ook voldoende schaduw. Bij mooi weer gebruik je de veranda als huiskamer. Het meer is van uitstekende zwemkwaliteit want wordt gevoed een bron. Het meer is alleen toegankelijk voor onze huurders, dus niet voor publiek.

The Charming Private House, 500m from the sea.

2 Bedroom House, sleeps 6, large garden, surrounded by Pine Forest. This is a lovely fully equipped, South facing house situated in Labenne Ocean, 500m from the Ocean. The open plan kitchen living room has South facing glass sliding doors, making the room very light and airy. The house was built with nothing but beautiful pine forest behind it. You can walk to the, surf spots, beach, local shops, bars, restaurants and takeaways.
