Historical holiday house in the Dordogne valley

Superb house like no other in the Dordogne valley: on the square of a listed village, built in the 15th century, wood panelling from the 18th century, giant stone staircase and stone walls, big fireplaces... The Aerogrange Gîte

43 m2 cottage with a bedroom with bathroom and a 25 m2 living room. Open and well-equipped kitchen. A full west-facing terrace and a nice wood-burning stove for the winter. This gite, like our neighboring home, was self-built with the utmost respect for the environment: Wood and natural materials, phytosanitary purification with pond and plants, insulation and high-performance waterproofing. The mill house

At the heart of the Charente vineyards, old mill of the late 18th century completely renovated with heated pool and jacuzzi. Quiet on the edge of a small village, by the river and only 4 km from Pons, near Cognac, Bordeaux, Royan, La Rochelle ... All rooms are equipped with storage, queen size beds, televisions.
