Charming Cottage with Pool and Stunning Views

Petit Puntos is a detached cottage with optional heated plunge pool set within its own private grounds on the edge of a quiet Gascogne village in Gers. The property faces due south and overlooks rolling sunflower fields and has stunning views of the Pyrenees and Pic du Midi. Inside has been modernised to a high standard and there is plenty of outside living space with comfortable seating and dining areas. There is a decked sunbathing area and plunge pool to cool down looking at the mountains.

"The Echo of the Woods" between Périgord and Lot Valley

Please note: isolated rental. Small cottage of about 20m2, in the forest, 50 m below the owners house. No vis-à-vis, surrounded by nature. Kitchen/dining area, bedroom and bathroom. An induction plate, "table-top" fridge, small microwave. No washing machine. No TV, but WiFi access, weak signal Private parking 40m from the cottage, on the top of the property. Access to the accommodation by a small forest footpath Not suitable for people with disabilities.

The Charming Private House, 500m from the sea.

2 Bedroom House, sleeps 6, large garden, surrounded by Pine Forest. This is a lovely fully equipped, South facing house situated in Labenne Ocean, 500m from the Ocean. The open plan kitchen living room has South facing glass sliding doors, making the room very light and airy. The house was built with nothing but beautiful pine forest behind it. You can walk to the, surf spots, beach, local shops, bars, restaurants and takeaways.
