Cozy house with beautiful view, surrounded by wooden deck, lots of nature and peace 500 meters from the sigh square. Total privacy, no one has a view of the interior of the house, a dead-end street and no circulation, only if there was noise from the birds. The house is in the downtown neighborhood, but obviously with its profile not on the central avenue where there are only buildings, but it's not even 2 minutes by car. It is possible to walk, but there is a stretch of slope on the access street and the house has stairs.
