Este chalé situa-se num ponto bastante privilegiado em Macaé de Cima, com uma vista deslumbrante para o rio Macaé e de frente para o nascer do sol. O rio Macaé pode ser alcançado por uma trilha de 15 minutos. Possui fogão à lenha, fogão à gás de duas bocas, churrasqueira e chuveiro a gás. A parte final de 800m da estrada de terra que dá acesso ao chalé é mais íngreme e com pedras. Mas carros altos conseguem subir, mesmo sem tração.
