Nalya Kangaroo Valley - Stunning house & views

Escape your everyday and immerse yourself in the rural centre of Kangaroo Valley but know you are only 2.5 km from the village and all that it has to offer - cafes, fresh bread & coffee, general store, antiques & old wares, canoe hire and the Pub - that’s if you can drag yourself away from the open fires, expansive rural vistas & the stunning escarpment, and the ever changing light & sky. Large & stylish the property is perfect for friends and family gatherings. However it it cozy enough for a couple or family getway. The house can accommodate up to 8 adults and 2 children. All bedrooms have views. Bedroom Set Up (8 persons): Master Suite - King bed with ensuite and bath (open to bedroom) - large window to eastern valley Bedroom 2 - King bed or two single beds with ensuite - large window to escaparpments Bedroom 3 - King bed or two single beds - window looking out to eastern Valley Bedroom 4 - Two single beds - window to western paddocks There are two single fold out beds that can be used for two children. (These are the 9th & 10th persons and linen is provided). We leave these for the guests to place where best suits. Main house bathroom has a bath. The two separate living areas are large enough for everyone to be together but also enable separate entertainment environments. The main living area includes a dining table that comfortably seats 10, a stunning fireplace, extensive floor to ceiling windows, large lounges, TV and incredible views. This room is a pleasure no matter what the weather. The second living area has books, many board games, TV and Lego. The kitchen features a large gas stove, large oven, dishwasher, large fridge, bar fridge, Nespresso pod machine, rice cooker, sandwich press, Chasseur French Oven and extensive cookware. It's a fabulous kitchen for those that love to cook and the views are breathtaking. The central island bench in the kitchen is where everyone loves to gather and there are up to 10 stools. Internet access is generally excellent. It's a fabulous place to work from! The outdoor deck area has breathtaking views and includes a BBQ, smoker, fire pit and outdoor dining table. The large lawns are suitable for games and the house has croquet, quoits, jenga and bocce sets. There is a large trampoline (netted). Great river swimming is located 1km from the property (there are many great river swimming locations in the valley) and swimming towels are provided. The footpath from Kangaroo Valley village finishes at the property driveway enabling a flat walk or cycle to town (2.5kms to village centre). The house is surrounded by farms offering uninterrupted views. Note: Peak periods can have minimum night stays.
