BEAUTIFUL NEW HOUSE in front of the mangrove forest, very spacious, with beautiful decoration, terrace with jacuzzi and pool 25 meters away at the clubhouse. 4 rooms with full bathroom and TV, living room with 70"TV, dining room, breakfast bar and full kitchen, laundry center, garden and parking. INCREDIBLE TERRACE WITH JACUZZI 8 people, barbecue, bar, dining room, living room and full bathroom. PEACEFUL CONDOMINIUM full of vegetation and bird sounds, cozy common area WITH POOL available.

Large house excellent location in private area

Beautiful house ideal for rest and an incredible vacation with the whole family and/or friends. Due to its privileged location you have possibilities to go to different beaches very close by, restaurants and supermarkets, different transport routes. It has a parasol, chairs and hieleras to take to the beach, laundry center, whole kitchen. Spas and gardens with public pools nearby. The house is only rented for families or professionals, being in a private condominium.
