Monthly Rentals in Nujji

The stay here was great. It’s in a good location and clean and bright and with a great a/c. Good water pressure. And it has a washing machine for clothes and that was a lifesaver after an over a week of living out of a bag. There’s dedicated parking and security. There’s a cafe right down the road, Green Leaf i think it’s called. Cloe’s cafe down the road has great coffee and i was able to rent a scooter right across the street. All in all great and would definitely stay there again.

I stayed at Sarath’s place for 3 days and it was worth every penny .. I loved the place, hospitality and every thing about the place.. I would recommend do visit this place.. Thank you Sarath for making our stay memorable..

I had a fantastic stay at Nikhil’s place! The accommodation was clean, well-maintained, and equipped with all the necessary amenities. Its location was perfect—just a short walk to Patnem Beach, making it incredibly convenient. Nikhil was an amazing host—responsive, friendly, and always ready with great recommendations that made my trip even better. I truly appreciated the hospitality and would definitely stay here again the next time I visit Goa. Highly recommend!

The experience was exquisite right from our booking till our checkout. Bela was super proactive in sending out check-in instructions and recommendations. She is very responsive on the App. Apart from this, it's the little things which make the apartment so homely and shows the thoughtfulness of the host, for example - two pair of indoor slippers, extra pillows, kitchen had chai patti and sugar (I love tea and I can't tell you how much I thanked Bela for this when I made my first tea there after an exhausted day. She even put a milk carton, so I didn't need to go outside ❤️), extension cords, iron, detergent, Alexa (it was so easy to just say play jazz at the end of the day 😀), comfortable work chair. The place made us feel at home in an instance, probably also because it had a lot of things similar to our own home. (lamps, desk, Jars) Bela even allowed us to put our luggage there even after our checkout time. All these things made our stay lovely. Great job. Highly recommended.
