The air-conditioned house is well located, there are no direct neighbors, the existing ones are at a sufficient distance. Our holiday home is not directly on the waterfront, but on the other side of the road there is the regulated Danube branch. The local tourist tax is payable separately, the rate of which is 300 HUF/person/night.

An old horse chestnut tree lane leads to Lipót, where our guest house, which opened last year, awaits its guests. Next to the chestnut tree line, our cottage, a cat hopper from the Lipót Thermal Bath, and close to Morotva Lake, which is famous for its rich bird life. Get around Island, Lipót is a great place to start! For this purpose, we will provide you with 4 bicycles – free of charge. Or just relax on the terrace or in the garden jacuzzi! Try the barbecue! On hot summer days, a garden pool can bring relief. (Ø 3.6 m)

The 160m2 stylishly furnished direct lakefront villa awaits its guests with spacious spaces, a 75 m2 huge covered terrace, a 5-person jacuzzi and an infrared sauna! We can accommodate 7 people in the 3 bedrooms and 2 people in the living room if needed, and there is a +1 extra bed.
