The small house dates from 1890 and was completely renovated in 2016. In 2022, the interior was updated with period details and beautiful William Morris wallpaper. In the yard there is a trampoline and a patio with barbecue facilities.

Welcome to the Sea in Öja, approx 15 km from Kokkola city! In this wonderful and calm environment, you will especially love the Sauna - enjoying the amazing view over the sea! Built in 2022/23. Unfortunately there is no access to water in winter time. But if you like winter swimming, we´ll keep the ice open to take a dip in the Sea. A sofa bed for 2 pers and a small loft for 2 kids is available. Floor heating, a cosy stove, all cooking possibilites and WIFI is for your convenience.

Our house was put up in the year 1900 but the logs probably much older. It is ideal for spending time together in front of the fire, cooking, a walk in the forest, bathing in the outdoor wood heated sauna, or weather allowing hanging out on the terrace. The house is fully equipped.
