In the beautiful Sörmländska countryside on road 223 between Nyköping and Björnlunda, there is a small cottage on the farm Uvsta Östergården. The cottage is located on an old small farm where we currently run a café. There we have a flea market and shop with furnishings for home and garden. The café serves lighter lunches and has good pastries. Breakfast is available for purchase in the café. Cozy garden that looks out over the fields. Bakarstuga is an older charming cottage of 35 sqm from the 1800s with beautiful views of the fields. Low ceilings!

The lovely house is walking distance (15 min) to picturesque Trosa C with wonderful restaurants, cafes and shops. Beaches and Trosa Havsbad within walking/cycling distance. Towels and bedlinen are included in the price. In the bathroom, you will find soap and shampoo at your disposal. There are a couple of bicycles in the summer if you want to discover the surroundings. The cottage consists of 1 room and fully-equipped kitchen, sofa bed for 2 people. Shower and toilet can be reached from the outside. 8 km to Krokek where there are shops and a pizzeria. Köket är utrustat med två spisplattor, Air fryer, ugn finns ej. Utomhus finns grill med kol o tändvätska. Täcken och kuddar finns men sängkläder och handdukar tar ni med själva. Städning ingår ej. Städutrustning finns så ni städar själva efter er.

The cottage is beautifully situated close to the sea. Very basic standard. No running water nor electricity. Water is brought from Sävö farm where you can also charge your mobile. There is kitchenware such as cutlery, cups and plates and gas cooker. Bring your own sheets - there are mattresses, blankets and pillows. Sleeping bags are not allowed. List of the equipment on our web site savogard. You clean the cottage yourself before departure.
