Welcome to the cabin located 200 meters from the sea. The cabin has separate bedroom and bathroom. Newly built terrace with large lawn in front. The lovely house is within walking distance (15 min) to picturesque Trosa C with wonderful restaurants, cafes and shops. Beaches and Trosa Havsbad within walking and cycling distance. Linens and towels are included in the price. In the bathroom, you will find soap and shampoo at your disposal. There are a couple of bicycles during the summer if you want to discover the surroundings. Suitable for 1-4 people, best for 2.

Beach house - private sand beach and magical views

Our beach house gives you the opportunity to stay and enjoy in a unique location to say the least. You have the plot and the beach to yourselves and are clean the dream of sun, swimming and barbecue. The bottom is very shallow which is suitable for both children and dogs. The beach is also appreciated by canoeists who then have a short paddling to Stendörren Nature Reserve. The view from both the bedroom and living room makes this place enchanting and our guests blown away. Relax over a weekend or put a golden edge on the summer vacation.

Newly built guest house with high standards such as air conditioning and WiFi. Only 15 minutes from Kolmården Zoo and 100 meters to swimming in Bråviken. Private terrace with barbecue, swings and trampoline. Access to charging box for electric car (type 2) at cost price. Bedroom with 2 bunk beds and high ceilings. Bathroom with shower and WC. Bagarstugan

I den vackra Sörmländska landsbygden på väg 223 mellan Nyköping och Björnlunda finns lilla stugan på gården Uvsta Östergården. Stugan finns på en gammal liten lantgård där vi idag driver ett café. Där har vi loppis och butik med inredning för hem och trädgård. Cafét serverar lättare luncher och har goa bakverk. Frukost finns att köpa i cafét. Mysig trädgård som man ser ut över åkrarna. Bagarstuga är en äldre charmig stuga på 35 kvm från 1800 talet med vacker utsikt över fälten. Lågt i tak!

Beautiful lakeside villa with private jetty, jacuzzi and a spacious wooden deck that offers sun from morning to late evening. Besides the secluded jacuzzi the deck offers a large bbq great for outside dinners. The house is close to a public beach with a waterslide and bar/ restaurant. The house is located in a quiet green area close to the royal castle and nature reserve, reachable by underground (23 min. to Fridhemsplan) or by car (13 min. from Kungsholmen). Relax in this unique and quiet home, with walking distance to the swimming lake and nature reserves in a Sörmland paradise. Stay in a nice old log cabin, originally from the 17th century, which is gently and tastefully decorated for relaxing and cozy all year round. With a nice reading and writing corner, a nap-friendly kitchen sofa, well-stocked pantry for breakfast and coffee, as well as a nice fireplace for warmth and company. The bed is made ready, just curl up and sleep well.

Cottage at Boholmsviken on the island Sävö

The cottage is beautifully situated close to the sea. Very basic standard. No running water nor electricity. Water is brought from Sävö farm where you can also charge your mobile. There is kitchenware such as cutlery, cups and plates and gas cooker. Bring your own sheets - there are mattresses, blankets and pillows. Sleeping bags are not allowed. List of the equipment on our web site savogard. You clean the cottage yourself before departure.

Genuine Swedish cottage

This little cottage (stuga) is next to our main house close to the center of Södertälje. It is built 1847 but with modern facilities. There is only one room, it has a sofa bed and a simple extra bed. There is central heating + a heater. The kitchen includes a microwave, a small stove and fridge/freezer. You have your independence, but we are at hand if you should need anything. In the summer you can sit out in the garden and enjoy the sun.
