Welcome to the cabin located 200 meters from the sea. The cottage has a separate bedroom and bathroom. Newly built terrace with large lawn in front. This lovely house is within walking distance (15 min) to picturesque Trosa C with wonderful restaurants, cafés and shops. Beaches and Trosa Havsbad within walking and cycling distance. Towels and bedlinen are included in the price. In the bathroom, you will find soap and shampoo at your disposal. There are a couple of bicycles to borrow if you want to discover the surroundings. Suitable for 1-4 people, best for 2.

Nice cabin by Mälaren

Nice house with large living room and kitchen with open fire, bathroom and 4 bedrooms. Perfect both in summer and winter. There are extra mattresses as well as a guest house and sauna building with extra shower and toilet. Fiber is available, which makes it also suitable for working from here. Close to nature plot with lawn for summer activities. Approximately 150m to the jetty with boat (3.5hp) for fishing and swimming and kayak for 2p. Lovely 4.5 km running trail around Björsund, see the guidebook. Large terrace with barbecue and ping pong table.

Beach house - private sand beach and magical views

Our beach house gives you the opportunity to stay and enjoy in a unique location, to say the least. You have the plot and the beach to yourselves and it is a dream for sun, swimming and barbecue. The bottom is very shallow, which is suitable for both children and dogs. The beach is also appreciated by canoeists who then have a short paddle to Stendörrens nature reserve. The views from both the bedroom and the living room make this place enchanting and our guests delighted. Relax over a weekend or put a golden edge on your summer vacation.

Welcome to cozy Tegelbacken

Welcome to Tegelbacken - a bright and beautiful guesthouse with high ceilings, surrounded by peace and quiet in Sundsvik. With an area of 75 square meters, our cottage can accommodate up to 5 people. In addition, there is a lovely jacuzzi that you can relax in and enjoy. From the guest house and hot tub you can look out over Sundsörsviken, Mälaren. Here it is close to nature and swimming regardless of the season. Child-friendly beach in the lake is within walking distance. There are nice walkways directly from the farm.

Bagarstugan

I den vackra Sörmländska landsbygden på väg 223 mellan Nyköping och Björnlunda finns lilla stugan på gården Uvsta Östergården. Stugan finns på en gammal liten lantgård där vi idag driver ett café. Där har vi loppis och butik med inredning för hem och trädgård. Cafét serverar lättare luncher och har goa bakverk. Frukost finns att köpa i cafét. Mysig trädgård som man ser ut över åkrarna. Bagarstuga är en äldre charmig stuga på 35 kvm från 1800 talet med vacker utsikt över fälten. Lågt i tak!

Beautiful lakeside villa with private jetty, jacuzzi and a spacious wooden deck that offers sun from morning to late evening. Besides the secluded jacuzzi the deck offers a large bbq great for outside dinners. The house is close to a public beach with a waterslide and bar/ restaurant. The house is located in a quiet green area close to the royal castle and nature reserve, reachable by underground (23 min. to Fridhemsplan) or by car (13 min. from Kungsholmen). This secluded countryside living in Sörmland (near Katrineholm) suits families or other groups to enjoy calm and peace as well as those looking for an active stay. Private access to a lake provides opportunities to swim, fish and sunbathe or going on a tour by canoe, SUP or rowing boat. Other nearby activities include running, hiking, cycling, camping. At the house there is a trampoline, soccer goal, ping pong table, gym equipment, workout/yoga space, games etc. Guest house closed in winter.

Cottage at Boholmsviken on the island Sävö

The cottage is beautifully situated close to the sea. Very basic standard. No running water nor electricity. Water is brought from Sävö farm where you can also charge your mobile. There is kitchenware such as cutlery, cups and plates and gas cooker. Bring your own sheets - there are mattresses, blankets and pillows. Sleeping bags are not allowed. A renovated cottage in New England style with sea wiew! The cottage is secluded with a sunny patio and terrace facing the sea with the evening sun. Fireplace with free firewood, a fully equipped kitchen and two bikes to borrow. Since 2020 we hade a new bridge with sunchairs and a firepalce by the water.
