For decades during the Cold War, the bridge was the place where spies were exchanged.

Dear guests, My property is located in a detached house in the quiet Falkensee. The adjacent Falkenhagener See invites you to swim in summer and ice skate in winter. In the nearby forest you can relax or cycle into the beautiful surroundings. In front of the front door, bus 652 runs in a few minutes to Falkensee train station. With the regional train you are within 15 minutes drive to the city of Berlin. Or, as a driver, you can use the Park & Ride at the train station.

It is located in a semi-detached house on the 1st floor with its own open kitchen and a shower room. The house is bordered by a newly completed terrace and a large garden with lots of greenery, which is currently still being renovated. Our old 4 x 8 m pool can also be used by arrangement, but I am explicitly excluding it from the review.

Two train stations are within walking distance / easily accessible by bus, a supermarket is around the corner. Bicycles can be parked.

Künstlerhof Perwenitz

Berlinnah, located at the northern end of the village of Perwenitz, surrounded by fields, stands the residential building of the former mill complex. The two-story mill building was built around 1890 and used until 1994 for producing flour and feed. Today there are artist studios, gallery rooms, and a cafe in this building Our apartment is located on the 2nd floor of the house and is about 92 m² in size.
