In winter, we invite you to Czarna Góra (8 minutes by car). After an active day, you will relax in a fully equipped apartment where you can be just for yourself!

Sasanka is the perfect studio with a kitchenette for a large family or group of friends. From the window, there is a beautiful view of the Bystrzyckie Mountains, the Toczna River, an orchard and a meadow. The raspberry sky at sunset over Spalona is a delight for photographers. A real treat in summer are the blinking lights of fireflies, bats or the Polish hummingbird. The only neighbours within sight are us, Asia and Paweł. After breakfast, you can sit on the terrace for as long as you like and chat with the river. Go skiing in the world's coolest mountains, or go cycling, or whatever you want. Here, time is for you, and not you for time.

There is a communal swimming pool on one of them. Our house is right next to the lake and the swimming area. You will find peace, quiet and intimacy here. The house is fully equipped, has a fireplace, a covered terrace, a barbecue and a parking shed. In the garden, you can use the Finnish sauna.
